Do konce roku 2015 ji platil prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed, od roku 2016 ji pak plat\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00ed.\tPodle dostupn\u00fdch informac\u00ed trv\u00e1 p\u0159edseda hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho v\u00fdboru Vladislav Vil\u00edmec z ODS na zru\u0161en\u00ed t\u00e9to dan\u011b. V aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00faprav\u011b z\u00e1kona je zaneseno pouze osvobozen\u00ed od t\u00e9to dan\u011b pouze v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee prvn\u00ed \u00faplatn\u00e9 nabyt\u00ed rodinn\u00e9ho domu nebo bytu v bytov\u00e9m dom\u011b, nikoli v\u0161ak bytu v rodinn\u00e9m dom\u011b.
